Day 21 & 25 - Brain Nourishing Soup

Madam Partum’s pre-mixed confinement herbal soup.
Half of kampong chicken
1 litres of water
Salt to taste
Wash the chicken clean. 
As I am using a 1.2litres slow cooker this time. Boil water separately, pour into cooker together with chicken and Madam Partum’s confinement herbs in. Water level should be just enough to cover ingredients. Slow cook for at least 3-4hours.
Cooking Notes
You may blanch the chicken before putting into the pot to cook.
