1) All promotion packages sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for other services or products or promotional packages.
2) Not valid in conjunction with other discounts/promotions.
3) All prices quoted are inclusive of GST.
4) Last minute cancellations less than 24 hours are deemed as 1 session redeemed.
5) Customers are to inform us of any pre-existing medical condition before beginning session.
6) Full payments made are non-refundable if customers do not wish to proceed with services offered or should the package be cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances.
7) All promotion packages must be utilized within twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
8) Due to unforeseen circumstances, the management reserves the right to replace the therapist without notice.
9) Madam Partum and Chien Chi Tow reserve the rights to amend the terms and conditions without notice.
