I enjoyed the TCM massage from Madam Partum especially on my tummy area and my head – is really
super comfy that I can fall asleep. And they will
concentrate on the acupressure points that helps to
reduce the tummy which is what I like about them.

Not only I enjoyed the TCM massage especially
on my shoulders and face I even enjoyed the
acu-points the therapists massage on my
big thighs with the slimming oil!

“It is so simple and easy for mummy or daddy who are intending to do DIY confinement or even if you have confinement nanny!”

Everything is pre-packed and all you need is to wash and drop them in slow cooker to cook it. And for the herbal bath, just need to boil it with water – so is no longer a chore or need any special knowledge in preparing for confinement in future.

Had my first session of massage at the comfort of my home with Madam Partum and I’m really surprise with their service and I signed up 10 sessions with them after looking at the reviews online (I paid for it)

She even bought along the binder (comes in 3 layers) u got to try it to believe how power this binder is and she will explain to you how to put on and how long should I be wearing it etc

Confinement journey starts when the baby is out of mummy womb and having a good confinement means that we need to follow strictly to the using herbs to bath and drink. As I have a weak body, I chose Madam Partum this round for my confinement journey as they are specialised in this area and even TCM massage to if (adjust) our body back.

“Embarking on my journey as a mothre to another new infant wasn’t as easy as I had expected it to be! I thought that with the experience of 1, I had level up and is more pro in taking care of the new baby! It’s still kinda tough because every child, every pregnancy and every breastfeeding journey is different. You’ve got to adjust all over again. The initial 2 weeks is always the hardest, it doesn’t help when I am particularly emotional this pregnancy, constantly struggling to balance my time between the two kids, perpetually juggling with mum’s guilt.

I am so thankful that @madam.partum has helped me in my parenting journey so far. My severe engorgement issue was resolved within 3 days of massage from my massuer, Lu Jun, whose meridien massage techniques was so on point to sooth my knots and ache. I’m glad I could take some time off from my mummy schedule to soothe myself, which helped so much with my physical well being and my emotional well being too. A happy mummy means a happy baby and a happy family. ❤

The home massage service from @madam.partum really impressed me with their meticulous ethics that I got a 10 session package for my hubby @handsomecheng85 as his Christmas gift. He deserve all the credit for being the most supportive hubby, taking care of skyla for her midnight tantrum, bringing the pumped milk to the fridge in the middle of the night and helping baby Terra with her diapers and burps. Parenting is filled with lots of challenges but we also have to find time to take care of ourselves! 💪🏻 “

As mentioned in my IG stories, I used @madam.partum ‘s prepartum and post partum services, not just for their massage, but also for their herbal baths, confinement soups, and their red-date tea, basically everything I need for my DIY confinement. As with all my babies, I did not hire a confinement nanny because I like having some privacy around the house as I recover, so having this package makes it super convenient for me to “伺候” (take care of) myself during this special time.

The red date tea and daily soups are pre-packed so all I need to do is to pop them in the slow cooker for 2hrs or so, and I’ve got my “hydration” settled for the day. It’s actually really important to have lots of fluid so that the body can produce milk for baby (which is something that I wasn’t quite aware of with my two previous kiddoes). I still had milk, but I was sorely dehydrated. So, I can really feel the difference this time round as I make it a point to drink up.

The herbal bath helps keep the body warm and for people like me (who need to take about 4 showers a day) this truly is a life saver! I showered without the herbs on my first and second day back from hospital and caught the chills. Learnt my lesson and been using the herbs everyday since!

As for the massage, it was truly a game changer. My baby was born in less than 2.5hrs from my first contraction at home at 01:30am and I attribute the smooth delivery to the weekly massages that I’ve been receiving. It helps to prime the body for labour and puts moms in a good state of mind for the tough job of birthing. Two pushes and baby was out and TBH when you get to that stage, it really doesn’t hurt that much. Post-delivery the recovery was also much quicker. Up and running in less than a couple of hours and my appetite was voracious, compared to when I had my first two, I didn’t have appetite to eat for days.

All in all, I’d highly recommend this package to anyone who is about to have a baby because a healthy mom = healthy baby and as moms, we tend to forget ourselves most of the time. But really, #selfcare is so very important!

Had started my post partum massage with @madam.partum by Chien Chi Tow a few days after delivery. I did mention previously that I wasn’t able to produce enough breast milk till my baby’s pee was pink in color and that actually indicates dehydration. With the help of my therapist, Ling Ling, using their unique TCM method of massage, she really helped me through my recovery journey. My first session of lactation massage effectively kick started and regulated my milk flow, now the few drops of milk that I only manage to produced initially and cried about feels like a joke. Apart from that, the tummy massage helps in expelling toxins and promotes uterus contraction. My body knots have been loosen and it relieves all the shoulder and back aches I had been suffering from since the start of my 2nd trimester.

Madam Partum’s Post Partum massage is definitely essential to all new mothers, they hasten your recovery process, relaxes your body and of course, ensures that your journey as a new Mother is one filled with joy, not pain. 😅

@madam.partumpre and post-partum massage is something I recommend to all my mummy friends ☺️💯 I’ve engaged their services for post-partum after delivering Amelia and the results were amazing (you can swipe to see). So when i was carrying Oliver I was really happy to know they offer pre-natal massage as well.

My therapist Ling Ling is VERY experienced and knowledgeable and she really helped me ease my discomfort during pregnancy by a whole lot. From water retention, to lymphatic swelling at the armpits, to shoulder and neck aches etc.. Ling Ling took care of it all 💖

@madam.partum is a subsidiary of Chien Chi Tow so all their therapist is professionally trained with certs and are truly experienced. You can find Madam Partum in various location islandwide or have them come to you, and do the massage in the comfort of your house! 😍 That’s the package i chose. After Xu Bin and Yi Fei’s Le Dou, a new member just joined the family, and that’s my niece!

To be honest, I have no idea how maternity care has evolved, but luckily, the new mom found @Madam.Partum. Their confinement package took care of the nutrient consumption for the next 28 days. Their one-stop pre & postpartum TCM care helps in recuperation, nourishment and even include herbal bath. After her first experience, she went around telling people how relaxing and helpful Madam Partum’s TCM postpartum massage was.

Last month, my wife gave birth to a healthy baby girl. Thanks to Madam Partum’s pre-partum massages, my wife went through a relatively easy delivery and also was able to enjoy most of her pregnancy. The specially prescribed post-partum massages and confinement herbal tea and soup helped my wife to slim down significantly within weeks! Credit must also be given to Madam Partum’s body corset. My wife is now able to enjoy her time with our baby with minimal compromises to her lifestyle and we’d like to thank Madam Partum for their care and expertise!

During the pre-partum stages, I couldn’t resist and also gave a shot with Madam Partum’s Health Tuina sessions. All the long hours spent seated as an airline pilot has certainly taken a toll on my lower back muscles, and the acupoints in my legs have been “addressed”, which I would never have thought were related to my complaints.
