Start using the Waist Girdle Belt 3-days after the delivery to tuck in expanded waistline

The Waist Girdle and Abdominal Binder can be used together or separately. to further lock-in and reshape your tummy areas and to help support the lower back/lumbar areas when breastfeeding

The Pelvis Belt can help to sculpt and lift the loosened pelvis region after childbirth

Madam Partum’s corset can be worn from the 5th day post natural delivery, or after 2 weeks for caesarean delivery. If unsure, please seek advice from your doctor. Start with a couple of hours, and from there increase the hours to your comfort level. Madam Partum recommends wearing it everyday all the time, except during shower, for 30 to 60 days Post Partum. Or Minimum for 6 to 8 hours daily. Personally, the most I can do was 6 hours.

It came with no surprise that my tummy was much smaller by the third session and my weight dropped from 55.2kg to 53.7kg (i.e. 1.5kg)!
