Who can consume it

Suitable for children above 1 year old, especially for skinny kids with small/poor appetite or for kids facing indigestion after a heavy meal.

How often can my child consume it

Suitable for daily consumption, preferably twice a week. 

Cooking instruction 

Ingredients: 

• 1 pack of Happy Tummy Herbal Soup
• 1 Chicken Thigh or Toufu
• 2 Young Ginger Slice 
• 1 Corn with Cob
• 20g Tea Tree Mushroom (optional)
• 1-1.5 litre water

Steps to cook

• Blanch the chicken thigh and set aside.
•  Add 1-1.5 litre of water and all the ingredients into the preferred pot.
• Cook over recommended duration.

Cooking duration 

• Slow cooker: 3 hours 
• Direct fire: 1 hour 
• Pressure cooker: 30mins 

Storage Methods
