Intake Recommendation
Consume directly from the sachet, or heat up for an even better taste. Sachet can be immersed into boiling water for 3 minutes, or the soup can be emptied out and heated in a microwave for 1 minute. Do not heat the sachet directly in the microwave. May be taken on an empty stomach.
