Recipe
Ingredients:
300g green or unripe papaya
300g fish heads/ fish bones/ fish meat
Few slices of fresh ginger
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 litre water
Steps to cook
Use 1 tablespoon sesame oil to stir fry a few slices of fresh ginger with 300g fish head/ fish bone. Empty one packet of soup ingredients (except wolfberry) with 1 liter of water into the same pot and bring it to boil for 30 minutes. Add 300g green papaya (without skin) and simmer with the recommended cooking duration below. Add wolfberry and sh meat 10 minutes before it’s ready to serve.

- Direct fire: 1 hour
- Pressure cooker: 30mins
- Slow cooker: 3 hours
