Red Dates Nourishing Herbal Tea

Ingredients: Red Date, Honey Date, Codonopsis Root, Dried Longan, Rice Bean, Astragalus, Wolfberry

Recipe

Ingredients: 

• 1 pack of Madam Partum’s Red Dates Nourishing Herbal Tea
• 1 liter of water

Steps to cook

• Wash all the herbs and combine into a pot with 1L of water
• Cook over high heat until it is at boiling point 
• Simmer over low heat for a further 30mins

Cooking time 

• Direct fire: 30mins 
• Slow cooker: 3 hours

Collagen Nourishing Herbal Soup

Ingredients: Red Date, Dried Shiitake Mushroom, Chinese Yam, Dried Longan, Wolfberry, Astragalus, Solomon’s Seal Rhizome, Fish Maw, Dried Scallop, Dried Ginger, White Fungus, Dried Orange Peel
Allergy Advice: Contains fish

Recipe

Ingredients: 

• 1 pack of Madam Partum’s Collagen Nourishing Herbal Soup
• 200g Chicken thigh/drumstick 
• 100g Chicken feet (Optional)
• 1.5 liter of water

Empty one packet of soup ingredients (except wolfberry), 200g of chicken thigh/drumstick, 100g of chicken feet (optional) with 1.5 liters of water into a pot and bring it to boil and simmer with the recommended cooking duration below. Add wolfberry 10minutes before it’s ready to serve.

Cooking time 

• Direct fire: 3 hours
• Pressure cooker: 1 hour 
• Slow cooker: 6 hours

Cordyceps Flower Nourishing Herbal Soup

Ingredients:Honey Date, Cordyceps Flower, Solomon’s Seal Rhizome, Wolfberry, Chinese Yam, Astragalus, Dried Ginger, Dried Orange Peel

• 300-400g chicken/ pork rib
• 1 litre water

Steps to cook

Empty one packet of soup ingredients (except wolfberry), 300g-400g of chicken/pork rib with 1 liter of water into a pot and bring it to boil and simmer with the recommended cooking duration below. Add wolfberry 10minutes before it’s ready to serve.

• Slow cooker: 3 hours
