Suitable for daily consumption, preferably twice a week. 

Cooking instruction 

Ingredients: 

• 1 pack Twinkle Eye Herbal Soup
• 1 Chicken Thigh or Toufu
• 1 Carrot
• 1-1.5 litre water

Steps to cook

• Blanch the chicken thigh and set aside.
• Add 1-1.5 litre of water and cut ingredients into preferred pot.
• Cook over recommended duration.
• Add wolfberries 10 minutes before it’s ready to serve.

Cooking duration 

• Slow cooker: 3 hours 
• Direct fire: 1 hour 
• Pressure cooker: 30mins 

Storage Methods

• Once you receive your premium herbal products from Madam Partum, it is highly recommended that you store them properly in order to maintain optimal freshness.
