28 Days Confinement Herbal Tea
2 types of specially formulated confinement herbal tea which are conveniently packed into 28 individual packs to help mummies recover comfortably after the rigours of childbirth to replenish Qi and to boost blood (补气, 益血).
Consume 1 packet a day for your daily confinement tea nourishment.
TCM Formula | Herbal Remedy | No added processed sugar
Boil all the ingredients (except Wolfberries) with 1L of water
Cook over the recommended duration.
Add Wolfberries 10 minutes before it’s ready to serve.

Taking herbal baths daily helps to expel dampness and wind, prevents or relieves rheumatic conditions. It is also great to lift up your mood after a shower. Just remember to dry your body and hair thoroughly to avoid catching a cold!
14 Days Recovery Herbal Soup
Our 14 Days Recovery Herbal Soup is specially formulated to provide the right nutrients so you can speed up your recovery after surgery. Eating the right foods prepared with TCM herbs also benefits your health for the long term by boosting Qi and blood.
Boil pre-packed herbs with 1/1.5 litre of water for 30 minutes
Simmer over low heat for a further 60 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve.
