By default, we will be doing meal deliveries for the following days:
- Christmas Day
- New Year’s Day
- 1st and 2nd Day of Chinese New Year
However, customers can choose to opt out for those days and extend package by the number of public holidays skipped. Surcharge applies for delivery on Chinese New Year.
Mama J’s Meals offer servings in our exclusive Signature Thermal Tiffin Carriers, featuring hearty portions and superior quality ingredients. Experience a luxurious confinement period with all the comforts and privacy of your own home.
New mummies can enjoy either lunch only or dinner only, delivered daily to their doorsteps, specially crafted to assist in their recovery period. Each meal is thoughtfully composed of one starch, one protein, one green vegetable, one soup, and red dates tea, ensuring a balanced and nourishing diet. To maintain the freshness and temperature of the meals, they are delivered in thermal tingkats, housed within thermal bags, twice a day, every day.
*Tea will be given in sachets for mummies to brew according to their preference and timing. We give mummies this flexibility as every mummy’s body is different. If you feel heaty, do drink the brown rice tea instead.

- Lunch & Dinner Daily (9.30am – 1.30pm, 3.30pm-7.30pm)
- Food will be delivered in thermal Signature Thermal Tiffin Carriers and in thermal bag (last meal of the order will be delivered in disposable container)
- 1 to 1 online consultation for new mummies (upon request)

Orders must be placed one day prior before 2PM for dinner start meal and before 12PM for lunch start meal
For optimal nutritional recovery, we recommend taking both lunch and dinner meals daily.
This is because we formulated our meals to be balanced across lunch and dinner. You may miss out on certain soups or dishes if only lunch or dinner is chosen.
